Renovation Work Featured in Belle Magazine

In 2020, in recognition of our high-end homebuilding artistry, PCB WestQuay was handpicked to undertake the exquisite renovation of a luxurious family home in Peppermint Grove.

This large refurbishment project included the addition of another spacious bedroom and ensuite to the View St residence that boasts a master suite which spans half the top floor and enjoys magnificent Swan River views.

From removing fireplaces to sanding floors, rewiring the entire home and bringing in new lighting, the transformation of this architecturally designed symmetrical abode was an inspired collaborative effort.

PCB WestQuay worked alongside Christian Lyon Design, Timbacraft Furniture, Empire Wood Floors and JGROUP Electrical and the homeowners to creating a truly striking and lavish, yet liveable, long-term family home.

On completion, the breathtaking renovation of this exceptional light-filled residence – which incorporates a den, study, front sitting room, large family room and private courtyard – was beautifully showcased in luxury and cutting-edge home design magazine, Belle.
